At Healthy Feast, the only oils used are Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Coconut Oil. We use the finest quality sea salt and all the food we serve is gluten free.
The majority of our vegetables come from local farms.
Sweetners used in our kitchen include organic honey, coconut sugar, organic maple syrup and local dates. We make our own almond milk and our own nut butters.
All our beef is grass-fed and our seafood is fresh, local and wild.
The dairy we use is from local goats, with the exception of organic feta cheese.
